だめ人間。
無印ソファークッションを買って依頼、酒を飲んだあとのうたた寝が与える体への負荷は減った気がする。
昨夜も０時過ぎに帰り、１時ごろまでうたた寝。
今朝は40分ほど寝坊。
やれやれ。
